We proudly service the extended Twin Cities metro area for delivery and pick up including the following counties: Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, Sherburne, Washington, and Wright.How do I clean the sauna?
You don’t! The cleaning is on us. Relax knowing that we take care of the big things and the little things so all you have to do is enjoy.How many people fit in the sauna?
Our flagship sauna fits 8 adults. It also has a semi-private cool-down/changing room for use between sessions. Typically, you will spend 10-15 minutes in the sauna, then 5-10 minutes outside, repeating for 60-90 minutes.
This means you can easily accommodate more than 8 people. Get a group of neighbors, co-workers, or a fitness group together and share the social experience.How much space do I need?
The sauna will be placed on your driveway or on grass/gravel adjacent to the driveway. Our trailer is 7’ x 14’. The area should be flat and accessible by truck, with a footprint of at least 18’ x 9’.Vertical clearance should be 11’ or more and the sauna should be placed 10’ from any structure. The heartbeat of our sauna is a Kuuma stove. Built in Tower, MN from American steel, the Kuuma is considered the gold standard of wood-fired sauna stoves. It takes about 45 minutes to heat up to standard heat, around 180-200 degrees.The upper benches are the hottest so you can move up or down depending on what feels right.How hard is it to operate a sauna on my own?
Not very! We will answer any questions you may have and walk you through how to get started at drop off. We are passionate about the benefits of sauna and want to make sure that you feel comfortable and relaxed every step of the way.What is your cancellation policy?
More than 14 days from delivery date: 80% refund, or re-schedule within 3 months at no charge (pending availability)Less than 14 days from delivery date: non-refundable, but you can re-schedule within 3 months at no charge (pending availability)Anything else I should know before booking?
Most sauna cycles are around 10-15 minutes but always listen to your body. There’s no reward for going too hard, but the benefits for a proper heat session and cool-down cycle are soothing and restorative. We like to get hot, then cool-down for 5 minutes or until you feel your core start to cool, then go back in for another round. Always do what feels comfortable for you.Hydration is key. Drink water before, during, and after your session.Embrace the experience. As you enter the sauna from the changing area, you’ll feel immediate relaxation as the warmth and humidity wash over you. We love sauna and we cannot wait to share it with you in your own personal wellness space.Have more questions?

What exactly is Social Sauna?
Social sauna is a celebration of the community tradition of Finnish sauna. You'll share the space with up to 7 other people. Every session is different - some quiet, some lively - but you can expect to leave feeling rejuvenated both physically and mentally.A typically sauna session includes multiple cycles of 10-15 minutes in the sauna, then 5-10 minutes outside. Our sauna hosts can help guide this process, but always do what feels right for your body.How does a Private Session work?
Private sessions are available for a given time-slot if no single tickets have been booked. Our sauna seats 8 adults at one time, but you may have up to 10 people attend your private session if you're willing to be a little cozy. Typically, you will spend 10-15 minutes in the sauna, then 5-10 minutes outside, repeating several cycles, so it's rare that everybody is in the sauna at the same time.What should I wear?
- Swimsuits are required for all sauna guests (avoid wearing swimsuits with metal hardware)- Bring flip flops or crocs to slip on when exiting the sauna- We recommend removing all jewelry and watches- We recommend arriving with your swimsuit under your clothing so you can hop right in the sauna- Don't forget dry clothing for afterward!What should I bring?
- A towel to sit on in the sauna is required for all guests- A towel for drying off afterward (recommended)- A water bottle (hard plastic, like a Nalgene, is recommended if you plan to bring it into the sauna)Are there restrooms available?
